Barbara is a Certified Professional Coach trained at the International Coach Academy and a member of the International Coach Federation. She is a catalyst that inspires, motivates and draws out the passion in people wanting to make a change, whether it be in the workforce or in their private life. Her mission is to enlighten, encourage and guide leaders to finding solutions within themselves and get the results they want through proven strategic tools. As a coach, Barbara uses her powerful listening skills along with her innate ability to bring out the best in people while she challenges their belief systems to create an awareness that ultimately shifts their perspective on their issues. The results bring workplace harmony, a transformation within the team members and profitability to the company.

Barbara is the successful owner and Sr. Managing Director of West Coast HVAC, a recruiting search firm that places Engineers in Renewable Energy and Sustainable Building Systems in the US. This company was started in 2003 and continues to do business utilizing Consultants. Her background as an Executive Recruiter with Management Recruiters International and Sales Consultants of San Francisco Bay Area, 1998 - 2002 (ranked top 2 percent of a network of 800 offices in the US with tenured recruiters recognized in the MRI Hall of Fame) led her to be one of the branch leaders bringing in 350K+ in new business. She left that position to start her own search firm. Building long-term business relationships with firms over the years has given her credibility within that area.

Barbara was the 2012-2014 Tucson Local Chapter President of NAPW (National Association of Professional Women), ICF Tucson Chapter (past board member),  a volunteer in SCORE (Counselors to America’s Small Business) mentoring and conducting business workshops, member of NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners), A Toastmaster and an Ambassador for ICA (International Coach Academy).

She graduated from the University of Washington, Seattle, WA with a BA in Psychology (Cognitive),  attended Art Center College of Design, Los Angeles, CA, for Advertising Illustration, and studied Business and Marketing at UCLA.
